Enjoyable Stay with Room for Improvement

We had a pleasant two-night getaway. Our superior king room offered a lovely jungle view, making it a serene retreat. However, the breakfast could use enhancement in quality.

The staff was incredibly helpful and cheerful. My room was spacious with a lovely view. The food was delicious, especially dinner. The area was well-maintained and clean. I enjoyed the spa facilities as a great way to unwind. 🌿

Everything regarding this hotel was amazing. The staff were always helpful, especially Ervin, our driver, who treated us like kings with his professionalism and respect. We ordered the salmon pasta and it was truly delicious, exceeded our expectations!

The Mercure offered a well-appointed room with a spacious layout, complemented by a nice view of the pool and gardens. The staff were exceptionally helpful, going out of their way to assist, which enhanced my stay significantly. The spa facilities provided a tranquil space to unwind after a busy day of meetings and exploring the area.

the mercure is a lovely spot, just about 30 minutes from the national park. my room was spacious and had a small balcony with a nice view of the pool and gardens. the staff went out of their way to help us, which really made our stay memorable. plus, the spa facilities were a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring.
